Downtime

Just after my last post, I was unable to log in for three weeks. So not much happened.

But then I returned, and one of the first things I did was equip my Exqueror cruiser (pictured below) for combat, and go with Marcus Lightstone into a level 3 mission in Sinq Laison. Needless to say, I got toasted. But Marcus looted the wreck, gave me 3M ISK for the trouble, and I was back in Ardene equipping a new Thorax before long, which came to be known as the HMAS Kruddy.

I also bought a new Iteron III – the Big Bus II which, with Cargo Expander II modules can carry 11,000 cubic metres of cargo. So I finally got around to completing my aim of a while back of gathering all my stuff in Ardene (except some minerals over in Verge Vendor region, but they can wait).

This was also the week I left BRUCE and The Graduates.
Since they’re always out in zero-space, and I’m not ready for the danger yet, I have mainly been working with those I have met in some of the chat channels.  As part of this, I also began thinking I needed a corporation more suited to my level of experience. So I am now flying with Phoenix Wing, part of the Acheron Federation – a group whose goals are similar to BRUCE, but with whom I’m likely to get far more cooperative work.
